Someone told me ex cheated

So its been wel over 3 months of BU and NC, just a few days ago i got a message from a guy that used to be the ex of her best friend my ex.(you guys follow me?)

 

And he told me stuff and got prove aswell and the story all makes sense, now i feel like im on square one again, but at least i can get this prosses alot faster now i know i've been with a cheating ass bitch.

 

I got a itch to text her and ask her why she would do that but that wont matter anymore cause its all in the past, im extremly pissed off as hell that she did this but im glad im no longer with a ***ing ho like that

 

Sorry i just had to share this with all of you and am feeling pretty down at this moment i know tomorrow i feel better and from there on its gets better

As much as you probably want to slam her publicly, text her, make the whole world aware of her tarnished ways, please don't. I know how bad it hurts to learn the truth and how overwhelmingly wonderful it feels to be able to put the pieces together finally, but contact with such a borderline like person will only show that it still impacts you and that you care in a way (positive or negative).

 

You know the truth now, and that should be internalized to help move you 5 spaces forward in your own healing. Don't let them bring you back to square one with the hard work you have done so far. Just know in your heart that they will get dumped on, cheated on and lied to since water always finds its level. Remember, they are attracted to people at their same emotional level, so take that as a compliment that you are no longer there and are seeking a higher, more healthier level.

Thanks for the reply, its not the first time i've been cheated on, i should've put more tought into it but i''ve learned and moved on already and what you're saying about water always finds its level thats 100% true thanks for the kind words!
