Reitteg813 Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 This girl I was talking to caught me by surprise big time when I heard her laugh. It was just the most off-putting, unattractive, and just the strangest laugh I've ever heard. I didn't get used to it, it still caught me by surprise every time. It was a bit different every time too but always so strange. Kinda feel like I'm being too particular but laughter is a big thing for me. I've been with one girl specifically who's laugh I loved so much. I'm very confident and very good at getting women to laugh so it's something that happens quite often when I'm with a women. Any one else come across this? Were you turned off by it and stopped seeing her/him just because of that??
Jejangles Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 Yes, I can get turned off by someone's vocal mannerisms, laugh, facial expressions. But I can also overlook a lot when I am connecting with someone. I find when I am spending a lot of time focusing on something that's off, it means I'm just "not that into them" and should probably look elsewhere. Those minor annoyances in the beginning can become a lot bigger over time! 1
lollipopspot Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 What did this unappealing laugh sound like?

It's wasn't even like funny or different in a good way. Just so unattractive
Author Reitteg813 Posted November 11, 2015 Author Posted November 11, 2015 What did this unappealing laugh sound like? Even if someone asked me in person what it sounded like it'd be defficult to recreate that laugh. And it's different every time but pretty similar. It's been like this weird long drawn out noise I can't explain, another time it was actually almost kinda normal but was still just annoying, and another time it was that long drawn out sound that got gradually louder with some snorting at the end. So yeah best way I can describe is she just makes this weird sound that's steady but gradually gets louder, and sometimes ends with snorting or whatever other noise she can make lol
