bystarlight Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Is there any counseling besides couples therapy that would help me decide wether or not to stay in my relationship? I feel like I need outside help.

losangelena Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Just a good ol' therapist will work. Therapist, counselor, psychologist. Don't go see a psychiatrist though, they only prescribe meds. 1

And likewise, if you are expecting too much of him - they will tell you that too.
