You probably at one point either heard a song, saw a movie, smelled a certain smell. It can even be something as simple as driving by a high school or seeing kids or teens walk down the street. Something that enlightened your senses and flashed you back into a memory of your youth. As you begin to think about your past youth, you may think about the simplicity and the carefree nature of it. Then you may think of a past boyfriend or girlfriend. Maybe you think the playfulness of your relationship or the excitement of discovering young love and attraction to the opposite sex. You start getting lost in the nostalgia at this point.

When you start thinking of young love experiences, are you really romanticising the memories of that person or just your youth?

Do you think young love memories have more of an impact on your heart versus anything you experience later as an adult?

My Aunt got married this year for the first time ever in her life being in her 50's, at age 56, after dating her husband for 7 years, they are both the same age and met each-other at age 49, I couldn't help but have sympathy, empathy for them when I heard them talk about saying how they wish they met each-other 20-years ago, or just 20-years earlier.
