I've found that saying prayers and reading bible scriptures helps me. It gives me an indescribable peace and calamity.

I meditate - which is quite spiritual too. I read, to change my state of mind. Or I go for a run if's really bad.

ohhh roll with it! I find , shouting out random and nonsensical statements send me and others in a better frame.

 

Yell out, Plot twist! Or diapers and dew!

 

Seriously if you can't change the circumstance ya can change the attitude :)
