Can you point it out on their job review with ratings and have your boss present during the review to give them a stern warning?

 

And maybe some retraining possibly?

 

I have come up with a plan that I believe will work. My boss really likes the idea too. I'm basically going to put strict procedures in place and my team will have to follow them to the letter. What they're going to be doing is nothing new from what I've ever instructed them to do but they're obviously not following the procedures. I expect to see really good results at the end of the month.
