Afro Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Soooo I finally met my 6 months old LDR girlfriend as I just visited her and I fell in love with her. Maybe i love her more than what I used to on skype. Anyway since i am new to having relationships I wanted to ask the experienced folks out there if she is a keeper. 1) She ****ing loves me a lot. Even ready to make food for me 2) Gives me medicine if i get sick 3) Doesnt say no to any kind of sexual stuff. Happily does it 4) Always smiles 5). Not money minded at all. When I wanted to buy for her something and she knew my budget overshot a bit this month she said she doesnt want(I knew she wanted it) and she said that i rather not spend and save it or if I buy I should buy it for my mom or sister 6) She says she always thinks about me 7) Holds my hands and hugs me while walking 8) Cries a lot when she thinks that I have to leave after few days back to my country 9) Quite shy but also very naughty at right times. She is quite balanced 10) Ready to learn the language of my country to impress my parents and also ready to lose weight even after I said I dont really care. 11) Tries really hard to find time for me and she never fails at it I ****ing miss her right now and to get my relationship further I have to fight with fire so I am thinking if she is really the perfect girl or a keeper or its worth fighting against all odds(As we come from different cultures and countries)
almond Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Everything you have posted has been very positive. We don't know this girl, so can't advise you if you may be missing some red flags or not. Basically - we can't tell you if this girl is right for you or not. We've never met either of you, and can only base it off the super positive information you've provided about her. You're going to have to find the answer to this one yourself.
froz Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 It's going writing out lists like this but only you can decide what's right and who's right. I'm sure in time that decision will become clearer.
Httm Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 The whole thing sounds incredibly creepy to be honest. And you can't have a relationship with someone you haven't met in person. It is all fantasy. Sounds like she is doing exactly what you want, in order for her to get into your country. Meet someone in your town if you have any kind of personality. Meet in a foreign country if you want to buy someone, but realize that once they get their green card and/or baby in this country, they will be gone and you will be paying for the rest of your life. 1

Uhm... he already said he has MET her. He just visited her. To OP, all the best! Being in love is the greatest feeling!
Orion39 Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 The best relationships I've ever had were long distance, but also took the most work. Having things in common is important but it's also important to consider what could happen in the long term. How would you combine your families/culture when if you get married and have kids? It's easy now in a dating relationship, as you get to know one another but it's important to consider how you will combine the culture of each of your families into one.

J21 Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Seems like u met her once. "Finally met her" Dude ANYONE can put on their A+ face the first time you meet someone. Listing all those qualities seems positive, but it seems you're wanting reinforcements on how you already feel. How can anyone say something bad from any of the qualities you've listed?
