SirReid Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 hi guys, newest member here. Just basically going to share my situation right now. So im in college, and I saw this very beautiful girl, were not classmates, I dont see her often at school, the first time I saw her was at the cafe at school, I was there with my buddy and then I saw her, my heart started pounding really fast. Ive never talked to her before, all I can do is just look at her and then again make my heart race. I dont think she has a boyfriend as well, and I always see her with her friends. One day I went to the mall, and went to famous footwear store, and I saw her working there, we both looked at each other, I smiled at her. But she didnt ask me if i needed some assistance or something so thats basically the end, then again heart started pounding again. When I came home, i couldnt stop thinking about her, and told myself how stupid I am for not talking to her. It was sunday noon. I tried looking for her at school again, hoping she would be at the same place and that shes alone so I can talk to her. But then, no hope i didnt see her. So ive decided to come back to that store where she works again, because I promised my mom that ill buy a pair of boots for her birthday and looked for a pair at famous footwear, I saw her again, I was just standing at the corner and I think she saw me but didnt go to the way I was standing, instead she went around and went inside employee room. After that, we walked passed by each other, we both looked and smiled at each other so I think there was some spark between the two of us, but again, didnt talk to her ughhhhh. I just dont what to say to a beautiful girl like that, I dont wanna be rude and talk to her while shes working, and i dont see her at school anymore, but when i do, shes always with her friends, so i dont know, its just hard for me i dont know what to do. Shes a sales associate at famous footwear. Should I come back to the store where she iworks and approach her? Say something like "Hey I know youre working right now, but can I just talk to you really quick? *introduces myself and shake her hand* I actually came here to see you and talk to you, and ive seen you before but, never really had the guts to talk to you. I wanna get to know you more but I dont wanna put you on the spot here because I know youre still working, so Ill just give you my card, I wrote my phone number and facebook name there, so if youre interested, you can just message or call me, and if not thats totally fine, ill respect it." hows that sound? Any suggestions? Would really help a lot. Thanks guys.

I thought I recognize you from the café. BTW my name is SirReid. Chat a bit more & see if you can find out where she hangs out at school. Next time you see her on campus walk up & say Hey, remember me, SirReid, from Famous Footware? 2

Next time you see her on campus walk up & say Hey, remember me, SirReid, from Famous Footware? This is VERY good advice. I've approached women out and about and had it lead to dates. But the one rule I've always had for myself is to never hit on them at work. So in this particular case, I'd probably do what d0nn suggested. You go in to buy something, have a casual "don't we go to the same school" type convo, and get on a first name basis with her. Then leave it open ended saying you hope to talk to her again at school sometime. Next time you see her at school, you approach her. Now a good test to see if you make an impression is if she remembers your name. If you have to remind her of it, then you were basically in one ear and out the other as soon as you left the store. But some added advice is take her off the pedestal and be more assertive. Hot girls are a dime a dozen. So you need to keep an indifferent frame of mind like you could care less what happens. This will make you more confident and at ease. Also, that line of "If you're interested you can message/call me, but if not that's fine too" is weak. It seems like you can't wait to get out of the situation. Instead if you talk to her for a bit at school and she remembers your name, you hand her your phone and say 'Let me get your number. I'll shoot you a text and we'll meet up for a drink". Be a guy and lead. Don't sit around hoping to hear from her. Edited October 25, 2015 by fitnessfan365
