I think this guy went way over the appropriate line - especially dragging you in there when you are with someone. If he has an open marriage that is one thing. But he still pushed your boundaries at a minimum here.

 

I also agree to tell your BF about it if you haven't. I would tell the woman too but she might not want to hear it or to shatter her image of her husband.

I should clarify that she most certainly would not be happy with an open marriage. She has a very traditional mindset.
