Liono84 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I totally agree with what DrSeuss has said. You really HAVE TO get away from this site. I've said this a few times to you as well. Not that this site is bad, but in your situation, it is a detriment to your healing process. Please do the following; 1) Downlond Google Chrome 2) Go to the Google Chrome app store and download "Block Site" Here is the link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-site/eiimnmioipafcokbfikbljfdeojpcgbh?hl=en 3) Add Loveshack to the list. You need to just get away, my friend. Coming back here is a reminder for you. You'll see that once you get away for a few weeks, you'll be in a better mental state. When I was healing, I wasn't healing completely, and one of the factors was because I would always come on this site and it reminded my about my ex. It doesn't even have to relate to you posting threads, but just reading them, too. Just take a step back, and go away from this site. 3

Blanco Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I took a step back from this site for a week and it was easily the best week I've had in a couple of months. This site can be a useful tool, but in a lot of cases, it can aid rumination about your breakup. 2

You are right about it, this website is reminiscent of my beak up, and all those bad days, also other threads can be suggestive, I have made up my mind, I have tried everything, how about this one? Ok, I am going to stay away from this website, for at least 3 months. Thank you for your kind and sincere responses, I am going to vanish into thin air, wish me luck, since it has been a long time, luck and I have not been on speaking terms.
drseuss Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Your so unlucky that your ex messaged you because I think I would have struggled back then not to reply and set myself up for an emotional disaster and make no mistake I miss her but I'm not interested in her enough to care about her anymore . With regards to this site , it's the best thing that happened to me after my break up and i can honestly say all the advixe inhave had has helped me , it was my crutch for weeks but there comes a point you need a break , just do week then have a little scan if you feel like it Keep your chin up
