Mizz Layta Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 A guy gave me his number 2 weeks ago but I didn't contact him because he's not my type.I tried dating outside my type but I found I was never as excited about them and it effected my sexual attraction towards them.It just wasn't the same compared to guys I generally go for. The previous guy has the physical attributes I'm drawn to but he just wanted sex .I'm looking for more than just a sexual relationship at this point in my life. I was thinking to text and and see how it goes. I'm 31 and been single for 2 years.I'm not getting any younger. Guys what would you think if a girl texts you 2 weeks after getting her number?

So basically, he's your second choice and you're settling for a guy you put on the back burner and want to reach out to him now because options are limited at the moment? If that's the case, it's gonna come across to him that way if he answers and you go out with him. Reach out, but be objective. Give him a chance even if he's not your type -- I was never as excited about them and it effected my sexual attraction towards them I'm looking for more than just a sexual relationship at this point in my life. 2

Yet you say you don't just want a sexual relationship...but that you don't date outside your type because the sexual chemistry isn't there. Okay, I think I get it. And no, your initial reaction to guy #1 probably won't change so that's setting up for a bad interaction. If a girl waited two weeks to message me...I wouldn't reply back. 1
