How do I make sure he knows how attracted to him I am? Some men may be used to having sex within the first 2 or 3 weeks (or less) and could read lack of early sexual activity as a sign the woman is not into you.

Also make sure you tell him but don't make him feel you are pressuring him to decide. Something like I don't have sex until I'm in a <insert boundary> but while we're still figuring this out I have some fun ideas. Then you can kiss him or whatever it is you feel comfortable with doing. Then you have told him but haven't put any pressure on him.
