Popsicle Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 I've never been with a man with a hairy chest. (and yes, I have been with adult men) I mean, there may have been a few strands of hair or a little patch, but not like a lot. I was reminded of this, because I was watching a show about S.W.A.T., with this guy on there I have a crush on (actually several) but he had his shirt off and the other guys were teasing him that he didn't have any hair on his chest and he is in his late 40's at least. The other guys did have a lot of hair obviously. Then it occurred to me that that is what I'm used to and like but it's probably not that common for a GAM (Grown Ass Man ). Anyone other women over the age of 30 experience this before?
Michelle ma Belle Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 I'm actually the opposite. I don't think I've ever been with a man without chest hair. Which suits me fine since I actually prefer it 1
Poutrew Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 I have actually had past girlfriends get lost in all my chest hair -either that or they didn't want to be found...
StBreton Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 My ex didn't have a lot of chest hair ..:nor any guys I dated in my 20s Since dating last year I've noticed guys my age have a lot! Of chest hair ...and many of them "manscape" it ...I kind of like the cutting it shorter feel and look ...but I'm really curious how they trim it ...that sounds weird now I put it in writing but it's not like shaving our legs as they still have hair it's just short. In any case I like a hairy chest
Got it Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 My first husband was a very hairy soul coming from a long line of hairy souls. So even as a teen he had hair on his chest and even a little on his shoulders and back (which he hated). He spent a lot of time covering it up and even trimming it. I felt bad he was never comfortable with it. My husband now doesn't have much hair anywhere except on his head. It's crazy but even his arms and legs are limited and makes me feel hairy.
jen1447 Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 ...but I'm really curious how they trim it ...that sounds weird now I put it in writing but it's not like shaving our legs as they still have hair it's just short. The BF has average hair (not hairy, not bald) and he maintains it too, which I like. He uses a beard trimmer set to a medium setting, so the hair is prob a half inch long or so and uniform. That looks good on a guy.
Toodaloo Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 I used to hate the very thought of hairy chests until I had the chance to date a guy with one... He was like a bear he was so hairy. Now I love love love them! One of my bosses lets me rub his chest sometimes as bit of a piddle take when I am having a bad day as he has a very hairy chest, he trims and conditions it and oh my days - its gorgeous! He knows I love it!!! *Yes I know I have an odd relationship with my bosses so I would not recommend others rub their bosses chests!!!* The only time I have known it be a problem is when you try to massage their chest... lots and lots of oil... Bring on the fuzz!
MissBee Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 (edited) The last guy I was with was the first guy I've been with who had a hairy chest. He's overall a hairy guy. But before, every other guy only had a patch, none at all or so sparse or fine you couldn't tell. In my mind before I was with that guy I thought it would make a big difference, but in reality his hairy chest didn't really do much for me either way, that is, by itself it was neither more nor less of a turn on than no hair. hippychick3 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 A lot of guys shave their chests. In fact, for almost a year I thought my bf had a hairless chest. And then one day, boom...there was hair on his chest and some on his stomach. Omg, it was such a turn on to me! It turned out that he had been shaving his chest and stomach on a regular basis because he thought it made him more attractive to me. Let's just say that was a year and a half ago, and he hasn't shaved since. He's so sexy as he is. I have to say, though, that too much hair (like my ex had) is not so sexy. But just the right amount....mmmmmm
preraph Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I'm a chest hair avoider. Our old music crowd weren't above shaving it if necessary. A little is okay because it can be avoided. But looks better without. Feels better without. I can at least blame it on my Cherokee heritage. They didn't have it.
