I switched to a new field (journalism) a year ago and into a new coverage sector two months ago. The new coverage requires doing multiple tasks within a very short time frame. I don't seem to be performing well, missing out one or two points every other day. I was performing pretty alright with the previous sectors and enjoyed myself. My background is not from writing.
