Op17 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 I'm a cashier at my job and there's this customer that I found attractive. She seems interested in me but I don't know how to ask her out. I know she might comeback in one day but if not I don't want to miss the opportunity if I come across anyone else. Any advice?
Guyouthere Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Ask her name, introduce yourself, comment something nice about her and then ask her if she would like to have some coffee sometime. Most she can do is say no. I work in a store and deal with a lot of customers. Now that my lady has thrown me away, I will start looking into asking some of them out. I have many flirt with me as I am a good looking guy, tall and slim but muscular and well groomed. It is only a matter of time. If I can do it, anyone can. Just be courageous. 1
Author Op17 Posted October 7, 2015 Author Posted October 7, 2015 Can you share what type of business it is? It's a pharmacy but I work in the general store part of it, not with the prescriptions.
Zippy2000 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Im not suggesting you do this but I went and asked a bar maid out. Well, I found out she wasnt a bar maid but she was a checf and I happened to like her. I walked up to her in front of some customers and gave her my number. That was a year ago and I still speak to her. lol The best way is not to over think it. Any action is better than none. The way I went about it was I gave her my number and she texted me the next day. Thats my experience. I just done it and didnt look back. You`ll learn from any experience. In you circumstance. Give her small talk first. If she is a regular. Ask for her name. Guage how she reacts to that and take it from there. The best advice is to do what feels comfortable for you. 1

LilaMarie Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 I was going to say write your number on her receipt and let her know she can call you if she has any questions...but you don't work at a hardware store or a place where questions can come up. Just so you weren't that obvious and get in trouble... 1

I actually think that's a good idea but do you think would it come off weird since I'm not working at a place where I have to engage in a long conversation?

Yeah....that wouldn't work at a pharmacy. I mean you CAN still do it. It would actually be more obvious that you are hitting on her because duh, what can she have questions about? Just make sure you make eye contact for a few seconds after writing your number on the receipt to make it known you are not being friendly. And smile! Good luck! Please update us on outcome! 1
Stage5Clinger Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Any advice? "Hey want to grab a cup of coffee sometime?" 1
