Hi,

I would find this one to be quite confusing.

I met a girl in London who was staying for a month on holiday to see her uncle. She lives in Australia. She comes down to London quite a lot to see her uncle (if she had the money). We got to know each other really quick, and as normal we started to chat. We chatted a lot, I mean crazy lot. The more I talked to her the more I felt we have in common, which we did have. Her personality is bit hard to get through, but once you finally get pass the complication, I found out she's really shy. I was quite surprised to know this as when we met she was so open. Could of been different mood on at the time.

So cut story down. We've been talking for probably 2-3 months. It's been going good. We talked a lot using Facebook Call as text just gets boring, and hearing another person voice just makes the conversation worth while. Calling then led onto Video chat. She was shy about it but after doing it once she wanted to do it all the time we spoke.

I finally told her about my feelings and how saw her as more than a friend. She said she preferred to be friends. I took it on the chin, and went with it. I asked her for reason why just to push bit forward. She said that someone didn't take notice of her as she had feelings for the guy then decided to close off her heart or feelings (idk when this happen). Also said she isn't sure why she don't feel for me, plus wasn't sure if maybe will. As I'm quite laid back as I am sometimes I just left it. We still talk now, and I did tell her that one day we have to stop. She insist that we carry on talking for reason like I make her happy, laugh, someone be there and that she said wouldn't be same without me.

My friends advice me to leave, as I'm in too deep. But every time I see her i just play the role as a friend to stay in her presence. I think next year her family is coming again to London, and she said that she would see me if the timing was right. So idk what to do. Choose to live the role of a friend or move on.
