I play sports and exercise, i dont eat fast food or drink alot of soda, i eat less than ovr half of my friends but still im still considered "thick"... i hate it, what can i do that im not already doing? Im 17 so should'nt it be easier for me to lose weight than adults? ive even tried not eating, but that does'nt get me far.
moimeme Posted May 19, 2005 Posted May 19, 2005 You are still in the growing phase. You might yet sprout up some more and grow into your 'thickness'. If you continue to have problems in a couple of years, see a doctor. BTW, a lot of people think they don't eat a lot when they do. Try writing down everything you eat every day for a couple of weeks and check to see if you are eating more than you think you are.
