I've been almost 5 months NC and this morning my ex txt's me...

My ex poped back into my life 2 weeks ago saying how he realised that he treated me badly and that he realised how I am all he ever wanted and how he wants for us to b back together and he will prove be if I will give him a chance...two weeks on well what can I say he did nothing to prove me a single thing he is still chatting to someone till super late at night I mean things have not changed so doesn't really matter what she says it's more of what she does

 

Try your best to not pay attention to what she is saying...the second you will start talking to her well it will b like for me double pain and sadness once more

 

So tomorrow I shall tell him that I seen all I needed to see and there is no point to see one another anymore and will start my heeling process again
