Your position in my heart is very special.. and then he broke up?

So before things ended really, this person said to me that my position in his heart is very high. In one of the last calls he said to me like five to six times "I swear to God that your position in my heart is very special. No one can get it".

 

What did he mean by that?

 

Then I wanted to talk to him a last time when I found out things, but he did not respond anywhere. I talked to his friend, and he was also surprised, and his friend told me that he used to talk about me every single day.

His friend called him up and asked him, but he did not answer his questions, but he kept talking nice things about me.

His friend then told him to call me and he said he will try and he promised to send me an e-mail to explain things.

His friend also told me that he said "I can't talk, believe me, I can't talk to her. My heart is not strong enough to hear her crying because of me".

 

So here I am after three weeks, and I have recieved no e-mail or call or message from him, and I am very confused because I really want an explanation from him.

 

I sent him an last e-mail one week ago where I from my side addressed things in a very nice and polite manner. Still no response and I have gone NC since then.

I'm sorry to say it but he sounds like a liar. It is easy to get swept up by sweet words, but at the end of the day actions speak louder than words.

 

You are wise to not contact him anymore as it will only cause you more pain.
