Boss at my volunteer job just out of nowhere started flirting with me pretty hard. I stayed professional as to not lead her on and if it gets out of hand i will tell her im taken. But should i notify my current gf of two months of this? Would it establish better trust or would i come off as cocky? Does she need to know?

As long as u don't do anything wrong and stay professional I don't think your gf needs to know at all. If anything it would just make things more complicated. Just my two cents

No I don't think your gf needs to know. You can handle it. You start now talking about your girlfriend ALL the time. What you did together this weekend, what your gf said, etc. Let people know you are very much taken. This way the woman can back off without being embarrassed later.

Based upon some bad advice I received on forums like this I once told my husband that somebody had hit on me. His response was that he was sure I handled it fine & didn't cross any lines. He preferred to only be informed if it was out of control & I needed him to step in to make the unwanted behavior stop.

For you to tell a woman that you have only been dating 60 days that you got hit on would come across more as bragging &/or trying to make her insecure. IMO it would not be a positive.

I also don't think you should tell as long as you got this in control
