A oneness with another person means you have a deep understanding of them, you want to be with them and share emotions and experiences, you are very concerned for their welfare and you have a deep feeling that you are joined at a soul level...hence the concept of soulmates. But as far as sex goes, you can do that with anybody...whether you are in love with them or not. I do hope you fall in love one day and it is mutual. You will be able to come up with your own explanation at that time. I hope it happens for you soon.
