shes not just my ex shes the mom of my kids, we had 13 yrs together, 1 yr and 2 months that we split, and Ive been thinking of telling her if theres ever a moment where she would wanna try to get the family back together, for her not to be ashamed to tell me....after all, to get back together someone has to do it right?

I posted in the separation forum also, if anyone cares to read more details, I really appreciate it

Basically, I feel like if I tell her ill wait for her, it might give me some closure in maybe making me feel like "at least I tried" without interfering or messing up her current relationship.... advice please...and thanks everyone

Absolutely not.

Closure is a fallacy. It comes from within and not from telling anybody any specific thing. And saying that while she is in a relationship IS interfering, even if it's indirect.

I just posted in your other thread and I'm telling you again DO NOT DO IT;

there are 2 possibilities:

1 she is no in love with you and wants her AP

2- she is an a fog of an affair

in both cases telling her that you are waiting for her would be stupid mistake, with all respect.

if case 1 is true she would laugh at you and ignore you and you will be waiting your time. if case 2 is true you will only tell assure her that you are in the back burner waiting , you will be her plan B on the shelf.

If she is really in a fag of an affair the best ting you should do is to show her the opposite, that you have moved on.

Telling someone you will wait for them is another way of saying, "I accept being your Plan B."
