Would OLD be better with live reps and run like (an in person dating service)

There is so much BS with online dating and it seems to turn into a minefield of constant games, questions, playing etc. If there was a dating site that had live reps you worked with that when hooked up on a date, you have rules, and a follow up with reps the next day.

This would weed out the love bombers, players, etc. They would simply get dumped from the site or may not even make it to the site initially.

This is just a thought. I would sign up in a heartbeat.

That's an interesting idea. I'd sign up for that, if I could afford it that is. Game-playing seems to be universal in online dating, despite all the profiles that state "I hate game-playing". I'd like to hear what experienced OL daters have to say.

I think eHarmony now has an add-on feature like this now.

You can pay for the services of personal matchmakers. Patty Stangler is not the only one but she may be the most famous.

Don't post names of such dating services in threads. This is a warning. The question is a legit one but it can be asked without the name.

Carry on.

I wouldn't pay for a service I can get for free.

Yeah.... this sounds like basically asking ones friends on social media to hook them up with someone nice. Sounds pitiful but I'll bet there are people who did just that.

Go on your favorite social media site and say "My friends I am seriously looking for a date and not to proud to ask for help." I'll bet that has worked for some people.
