If you like him swipe right and if you match then you can work out what he's looking for fairly fast. I don't know why you would make such a limiting assumption when really where is the harm in giving him the benefit of the doubt...

For better or worse, I would probably assume that they're just trying to get laid, so I'd probably move along. This may be a false assumption, but if a guy doesn't even feel like putting in a modicum of effort to write a sentence or two about himself, that does not bode well for a good relationship. 2

I don't know how much dating experience you've had, but you seem to be having a lot of questions (I say this with no judgement, btw, it's just observational). I'd say trust your instincts. It's a process, and yeah you'll get things wrong, but eventually you'll course correct and be on your way. There are many skeezy men out there, so if it feels off, it probably is. Putting tight boundaries around yourself will probably not cause you to miss out on a lot of good ones. Continue to look, and keep honing in on guys who don't set your alarm bells off. 1

Most tinder profiles don't have any information, in my experience anyway. Tinder I view as more of a hookup app than a dating app.
