If a boyfriend initiates break-up, does it always mean that he already found someone else that's why it is easy for him to throw all the dreams and plans you shared during the relationship?

Will they ever be honest about it?

it will take a real man to be honest. if he doesn't value you find someone who does. go no contact and move on.

No, it doesn't mean that. When people fall in love, they go through that infatuation part at different speeds. That never lasts forever, it's the person that you see when it is over that makes you decide to leave or stay. Whichever one gets to the end last always has the worst time of it.

Maybe he gets sick of your ****. Maybe he realizes you're not right for him. Maybe he does have another girl in mind.

The reason it is easy is because he's not longer in love, which is something separate than his reason for leaving.

Of course it doesn't mean that they always have found a new girl. That could be the case but there are several other reasons aswell.

No, not "always".
