It really depends on your location, country, industry, what you are looking to do, etc. For temp positions, in a regular white collar setting, they are all about the same (my experience). I view external recruiters as parasitic - feeding off the host, so their job is to get people in position. I guess I would suggest going after the bigger name companies for generic positions, but finding the best boutique ones for a specific industry - though that would be more for permanent placement.

You'll be good in the end since it's only temp. Usually, depending on your skills, it could range from $9.50-$14.00 an hour. It all falls on you.

pink_sugar Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 It seems like staffing agencies aren't as good as they once were. You used to have a chance at becoming permanent, but a lot is strictly temp nowadays. But sign up for a bunch of them and see what happens!
