I have plans to visit my date this week, I asked him what time should I come over, and he replied, "How long does it normally take you to get here?" So, then I replied, half and hour and suggested a time and he confirmed that it's fine with him...why would he ask me how long my commute is to his place, if he knows how long it is? And not even answering a straight-forward?

Wow, this and all your relationships are doomed if you read into and obsess this much over every one of his actions.
