Everything was normal but since sometime, He has started looking at me a lot, he glances at me again and again after every few seconds in class. I have caught him looking at me many times in class, and the moment I look at him, he immediately looks away. He randomly started a conversation with me about his life. (he never talks to any student, is very strict) Whenever he cracks a joke, he looks at me whether I am laughing or not? I'm asking about attracted and NOT interested in dating me.

MY advice is don't get attached or have some false hope. Because by my experience, he will not make any move because of school policy and professional boundaries. It hurts to have feelings for someone and never be able to express them. By the way, are we talking about college or high school?
