Jordvn Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 (edited) There's this cute girl who is a co-worker of mine. Out of all the women at my job, she's the only one who doesn't talk to me. But I could tell she's interested because I always catch her looking at me. One time I walked past her and she was smiling and playing with her hair. I guess she's not too shy because she talks to other guys except me! Like WTF! So I finally made and move. She needed help with something, so I asked her, and helped her out. The she just walked away. IDK, seems like she gets nervous whenever I'm around.... does she like me or nah? PS, I'm pretty shy myself, but at least I made effort to engage with her. You just behaved like any colleague making an effort to assist another. There was no evident intention there on your part to generate any other type of connection. If you really want to 'engage' with her, ask her out for coffee.
