kendahke Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 So. An update. I asked him twice to tell me when he would be free and both times he replied he would let me know. What does that mean? He still does not texts me first but always responds quickly in a nice manner. Includes "xxx" always. I'm so confused. I'm about to give up. I've been texting him everyday for a week multiple times a day and he is still distant. Is he making me wait ? Is he mad ? Or is he just not interested. Im about to ask him! I think the window is now shut. He's lost interest. Time to just move on and work on those triggers that made you do what you did. Get that baggage sorted before entering into anything new with someone new.

I wish he would just say it word for word instead of answering me with xxx and smiley faces. It's confusing. I apologized and I tried that's all I could do and learn from this experience. He answered that he will let me know. But I doubt he will. I deleted all the messages and decided that was my last attempt. 6 full days of texting first asking him out and being kind and thoughtful with no change on his part at all. Still distant. So I'm letting go. I'm tired of being confused. 1
