Like anyone who has had a break up they did not want or did not see coming. We all get those moments when we feel absolutely all alone. Those moments when friends are not around or can not be. Those moments when you become depressed and nothing seems to help you get out of the funk. The more you heal the less they become but what do you do?

 

I ask because this morning is just one of those days in where it feels like I am depressed, very much so. I am set to meet my mother later for dinner and meet to get my daughter back tonight and I really do not want to be this way when I see them?

 

Any thoughts or ideas. Thanks all.

Can you get some exercise in today? That can release endorphins that make you happier. At least go for a walk if nothing else.

 

 

Is there any little project around your house that needs to be done? Do it so you get a sense of accomplishment.

I woke up feeling like I've gone backwards in my heeling , and I think it's just part of it taking each day as it comes ,the thing that really helps put me in a more posative frame of mind is writing in a diary about why it's best to move on and how I feel and it's seems to help vent it all and everytime I feel loads better ,
