LTROI Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 I have been NC for a week and a half and doing well so far. 3 months after my now-ex moved in with me his parents decided to buy the house next door to me. I know, creepy. I live in the sticks and there are hardly no neighbors. He's moved back in with them and is calling me. I don't want to see him. I'm a nervous wreck as it is. I'm afraid to leave the house. How should I handle this?
Author LTROI Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 My father is deceased and my mother is in a senior home in NJ. I don't think they will be of much help.
Gus Grimly Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 \I know, creepy. That's an understatement. I'd get away from that situation as fast as I possibly could, no matter the cost.
Author LTROI Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 I bought my house. I'm not running away. I just don't know how to handle it if he comes over. Or worse, he invites himself inside my house when No one is home.
LeslieKnope Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 This is beyond bizarre. How long were you together? What caused the breakup and who initiated it? I've seriously read some weird stuff on LS today...
Author LTROI Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 8 months. I know, I did wrong and moved quickly. But, I had no idea his parents would buy the house next to me. I kicked him out because I found out he had profiles on cheating websites. I've learned he is a compulsive liar and dependant on others. That is why he is contacting me. He just wants a place to live. I doubt he ever loved me.
