Exercise more (unless you're doing way too much as it is) and eat healthier. Might also want to go to the doctor and rule out a thyroid problem.

Fatigue can be a symptom of many things. You might even have a sleep disorder. It would be a real good idea to get it checked out by the doc.

How's your diet? Do you eat alot of fast foods and high carb stuff? I know that when I lowered the carbohydrates and took in more protein I felt better, because I tend to get tired easily. Also, eat fruits, vitamin C foods.

I'm a new age/hippie girl and I'm a hardcore advocate for the beautiful benefits of what tea and water can do for one's body. Try a natural food store and ask someone there to guide you in the direction of organic teas. Also, drinking a lot of UNFLAVORED water (if you need a flavor, toss a lemon slice in it!), exercising, and eating more healthy foods will all work wonders.

A massage doesn't hurt either!

Best of luck...

Exercise! Make sure your B12, Vitamin D, Iron levels are in a good range. All these affect mood and energy level. Do some Yoga too! That will definately give you some energy.

Gatoraid, Power drinks too.
