If you keep no contact and stop responding she will stop her games and come running back. In her mind you guys aren't even really over its just a game because she wants to see if she can gain some power by doing this, and make up for some of the neediness she displayed in the relationship you mentioned. She most likely picked up on the fact that she was too needy and you weren't happy and you suddenly wanting her now is her desired effect. If she contacts me first aren't I inclined to respond ? Because if I just keep ignoring her won't that make me seem like an ass, and won't her feelings eventually diminish ? She was also very tough on the mind games though, you're right about that. But ugh, the more she puts me through the more it makes me wanna come back to her! And every time she says she hates me I end up loving her more. It's like that eminem song "I love you more" and she knows this...

Really? You once loved her yes? So why do you wish ill against someone you shared a bond with in your life? Wish her well and mean it. Holding on to grudge will only prevent you from moving on and healing properly. Forgiving = power. In life you meet and let go of numerous people including your family members. It's not how you meet someone that defines you. It's how you part ways that defines people. 1
