All,

As a father of 4 Daughters, when asked by them if they were "fat", I stated to them the following.

A number on a scale, is meaningless, go to your room and while you are alone, look at yourself in the mirror naked, and if everything is in proportion, if you like what they see, then you are at the right weight. If you don't, then work on whatever worries you, but going for just a number, is meaningless. Look at how you are in the whole, and be happy with yourself. We never had any issues with over dieting, but I never called them fat or ugly at any time.

Maybe you can do the same for your girl friend. Some women, just look bad with no fat on them, and need to be curvy, how a women carries herself and dresses is the key thing. I have found heavy women to just "reek" with sexuality, and beauty while skinny girls can just look sick. I known skinny women who were in proportion, and were drop dead gorgeous. It is all in how you carry yourself, and how you dress. Same for age, as well, same for men,

If she looks good with no clothes on, then what is the issue? Maybe she needs to learn what looks good on her, and that would help.
