My ex is seeing someone else and its killing me inside. Weve been split 6 months, and we were together 5 1/2 years. im maintaining NC. Whats the best way to get over this??

Keep doing what you're doing. I know it hurts, but nothing you say to them is going ot do any good.

Let it be, nothing you do will change anything. Maybe manipulate her to come back to you but then what?
