Author StuckInSeparation Posted August 6, 2015 Author Posted August 6, 2015 (edited) I will seek legal advice from a lawyer. Edited August 6, 2015 by StuckInSeparation Not helpful
PegNosePete Posted August 6, 2015 Posted August 6, 2015 The court has confirmed that I cannot file an application for divorce with an existing open file in place. If you're in England or Wales then you can apply to the court to have her petition dismissed due to lack of progression, then you can file your own. It can be done simply and cheaply without a lawyer.
