Whenever I'm stressed or if I have a huge problem, I do a lot of research in order to find some kind of validity of how I'm feeling and how to logically handle situations. I want to know everything about it.

 

So, in my research I found this "Break Up Guide." It's very straightforward and seems to hit everything I'm feeling right on the head. It's a lengthy website, but it's very much worth a read.

I'm on day 3 of no contact and it feels like things are getting better but it sometimes comes out of the blue or I'll dream about her and wake up feeling really sad.
