I want to know everything about it. So, in my research I found this "Break Up Guide." It's very straightforward and seems to hit everything I'm feeling right on the head. It's a lengthy website, but it's very much worth a read. Breakup Recovery Guide Be Strong, People! I'm currently on Day 12 of my painful breakup and Day 12 of No Contact (well, maybe Day 10 of NC since I sent him an e-mail).

I'm on day 3 of no contact and it feels like things are getting better but it sometimes comes out of the blue or I'll dream about her and wake up feeling really sad.
