One co-worker said she thought that she was flirting with me. At the end tho she said I have a baby face but also that I have perfect skin. Idk how to read this.

Well, this woman saying that you have a 'baby face' and that you have 'perfect skin' sounds like she was COMPLIMENTING you. But, by virtue of the fact that she stated that you have a BABY face, makes me think that she's way older than you or at least a bit older than you. How old does she look to you? And when she said those compliments to you, what did YOU say in response to that? Also, if you don't mind my asking, how old are you? .

I mean, it's not like she's a 'cougar' (btw I HATE that terminology) trying to get at you. She was complimenting you for sure. So, you told her 'thanks so much, I appreciate it' - and that's that. And, that's it! Don't read too much into it, don't lose sleep over it and just go about your life as if she never existed. If she comes up to you again to make small talk with you and she happens to flatter you again, be sure to be as humble and sweet as you were to her the first time...and, if you do feel so inclined, pay her a GENUINE compliment back! Whether it's her shiny hair, her bright blue eyes or her smile that lights up a room (or whatever it is that you find physically attractive about her), TELL HER! Most people can tell whether you're giving them a genuine compliment or whether what you're saying to them is bull$h!t. So, be honest and be true with whatever you say to her. Smile and feel good about yourself! This woman found you attractive enough to feel compelled to TELL YOU face-to-face. Just soak it in, smile, and go on with your life. If she approaches you again, then genuinely compliment her (IF you're attracted to her) and then casually ask if her if she wants to hang out with you sometime, and see what she says. Good luck! .
