And like size, income, hobbies, smoking/nonsmoking, etc etc other preferences, there's nothing wrong with that. I'm sure there are plenty of hip people out there who wouldn't mind dating a pothead, it just won't be me

If it's something harder, I doubt a person who does do things that are harder would share them on a dating profile, but never say never. I would ask the person quite honestly.

Maybe he put it there to err on the side of caution because many people consider rippin a doob to be "doing drugs". I guess we all have our limits though in the end and that is what she needs to evaluate. "Doing drugs sometimes" is so subjective in meaning that it is impossible to give good advice to someone unless that someone is strictly straight edge. Then it's easy to say, no don't date him. However, if that person is more experimental, then it really needs to be cleared up maybe with the profile own within a message or two.

No one knows, because no one has smoked themselves to death. https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/LD50 This is what I mean about being objective though- if people sit and judge weed as being worse than alcohol clearly have never questioned what legality really is. They accept what media, society, and the government shove down their throat. I know a lot of women who wouldn't date a daily smoker that tokes a hit or two in the evening every night but would gladly date the guy who has a drink or two every night. Other than big brother telling us one is worse, what is really the difference? The part about alcohol and tobacco lobbying against marijuana should really be all that any intelligent person needs to hear but you are right...some people just cannot think for themselves no matter how much they would like to. Aren't there more pot smokers than tobacco smokers by now? I sure hope so seeing how nicotine addiction kills people.
smackie9 Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Who smokes pot but hasn't taken some shrooms or dropped some LSD? I put sometimes in because I like to blaze. When I was younger, I liked to do shrooms and LSD with the occasional party with some blow or wearing a morphine patch, or eating a vicodin. I put sometimes because I don't want to deal with people who are uptight and anti drugs even though I no longer do them. I still smoke pot on a weekly basis, but I don't do anything else anymore. I just am in the mindset that it's not a problem if someone does. I support it. Open your mind, experience it.. just don't become an addict. I did all that when I was a kid....I don't anymore because I grew up. 1
