Later on, he suggested after we were done-for me to go to his place and watch Netflix-then said that he could get some wine. That was the first thing that he suggesting was "Netflix." He did throw some other ideas, like go dancing, walk around, I told him that I was fine walking around the shopping area we were at. Before that he suggested he wanted to come over to my place.

You have power to say no though and raise his respect level and change his view of how he should treat you. You are part of setting the pace here. Some guys like to test the boundaries to find out what you are about. But that was yesterday, so presumably you did one thing or another? What did YOU do?

Contrary to what seems to be popular belief (on LS at least), going to someone's place to watch Netflix is not an automatic f*ck shack moment. You'd have to size up the guy himself to know what was really going on, like was he panting when he suggested it? Etc.
