Say this "Schnookums (or whatever her name is).....I've registered for bartending school and am leaving (insert date you are leaving). I will be gone for three weeks, but promise to stay in touch while I'm gone, and will call you when I get back."

A girl you hooked up with? Probably say nothing.she has your number if she wants to stay in touch. If it was your girlfriend then Katie's response would be more like it. Needs more details.
