AmIOK Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 Met a guy a couple of months ago and we've been on about 6 dates. I still don't know how I feel about him though. We get on well and he's attractive, but I just don't feel particularly attracted to him. I thought that attraction might come with time (that happened with me and my ex), that's why I continued to date him. It still might come with time, but it might not, and he seems quite into me so I don't want to lead him on. So just wondering if I should keep dating him and see what happens or stop now so I don't lead him on. Any advise would be appreciated
Gary S Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 To answer the question, after two months of dating, you should already be in love with the guy or it will probably never happen. It sounds like you are just in like.
joseb Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 I don't get the attraction builds over time thing. To me I'm either physically attracted to someone or I am not. Over time I find out if I like that person (and later love). However you say this is what happened with your ex, so ...
neowulf Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 General rule seems to be 3-4 months for feelings of "love". That said, if you're not feeling turned on, or basic attraction to him at this point.. it's unlikely it's going to develop later. 1
d0nnivain Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 2-3 dates. If I'm still not feeling it by then I know the way my brain works & I never will
alphamale Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 i will go out on 4 dates with someone i am unsure about. if they don't put out by the 6th date then they are history
