Edit: But redhead, guys do that a lot - too much in my opinion. This woman's complaint is very common, unfortunately.

You can do clean jokes. But I know it's hard with this MTV generation. Mature women today prefer a gentleman. That's just the way it is.

I agree that's true. But, do you really ding a guy for being a guy once? He may be sitting there now saying "duh, I shouldn't have said that". If I dinged my SO any time he said something stupid, he'd be a mess :) I'm just saying, don't throw the baby out with the bath water.

guys do that a lot - too much in my opinion -- She doesn't know if HE does it too much and if once is too much for her, she doesn't consider him anymore.

And, it was not personalized, in other words, he didn't say "hey, it's raining did YOU get as wet as . . .

I say give it a pass. Let him show her better who he really is.

And, he hasn't even asked her for a date yet and we are tearing him up :) He may not even do that. He may keep sending her more sexual texts. She should just be in observation mode right now.

Recently I exchanged numbers with this guy, we had a bad storm yesterday and he texted if I had the chance to drive out in the thunderstorm, then he said the he "got wetter walking to his car than a group of housewives at a Magic Mike premier." I was like ok. A visual came into my mind.

I prefer the, "More nervous than a cat in a room full of rockin' chairs!!" Har har har har!

Can you explain exactly what you mean there?

The stereotype that the sex stops after marriage.

That too was a joke, and it was a tongue in cheek reference to the fact that a lot of women turn off the sex as soon as a wedding ring goes on.

Eh, it's too long and involved to be a text quip. He needs to hone his craft.

I agree - just weak text game.

true gary...but as ladies.....we are meant to be compassionate understanding and forgiving...everyone stuffs up now and again....its also quite easy to say what you dont really appreciate to give a gentleman an idea of where not to go and where the boundaries are..........deb

I noticed that "sense of humor" wasn't listed in those qualities.

Ladies can have those too, you know.
