petsrule
Anyone else from here on eharmony? I can't find any option to completely delete my profile on there
Ppikker
Anyone else from here on eharmony? I can't find any option to completely delete my profile on there Under Settings, go to Account Settings. Choose the Billing tab. Under Subscription Status you'll see where is says Close My Account. Click on that. You will still have to go back to your profile and delete all your photos and all the information you put into your profile or it will continue to show on their feed. Hope this helps. I will never join again. What a waste.

Art_Critic
I would contact a CSR on the site and ask them how to do it, ask for a refund if you have to, I'm guessing hiding it isn't an option ?
johan
I still get emails from them. It has been a few years since I got rid of my account. You can never completely delete it I guess.
d0nnivain
You may not be able to delete it. I think it's one of their underhanded tactics. They still match you after you have said you're done. My subscription ended but I got months of messages telling me I have new matches if I reactive my subscription. I also don't believe they give refunds. If you paid for a year why are you already closing your profile if I may ask?

They gave me 3 months free when I subscribed earlier in the year and the only people I ever get there who respond to me are those who either hate pets or are allergic so what's the point in my staying there

You had to have done something. There must be a way to tweak the settings so you only get pet lovers. If you paid the money but can work with them to filter out people who don't want or can't have pets, why waste the money?

Basically it was one of these "pay for 12 months and we give you 3 months free" deal things. Unfortunately it seems like there's no way of setting it to only show pet lovers, and people on there don't seem to be reading my profile because I said on my profile that my cats are the most important thing in my life and there's no way I'm giving them up and I'll always have pets in my life and yet I only get contacted by the people who either can't have or don't want pets. You could try blocking E-Harmony's email. Then you wouldn't know about it.
