changeofseasons Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 (edited) he texted me tonight and picked a fight with me, he didnt know if i blocked him or deactivated i was already feeling weak tonight and i just caved i unloaded on him and said it was unfair that i gave him most of my firsts but he couldnt even give me closure no reply and im a mess. guys i feel so stupid. Why...because i was to emotonally involved with someone who did me wrong. Now after you've taken the breaths get up and either have a shower or go kitchen and make a cup of tea/coffee. DON'T let this incident control you. Get control of your emotions by taking action over the next few hours / days. Action that will keep you busy and relieve the stress. Ie book, tv, friends whatever. When you have calm down then think of all the pain this one person has caused you and if you want this pain to continue. Like everyone you don't so block whatever you need to to hear no more from them and heal. Slowly and surely things will get better. Best wishes. Breath.. 1
dangerbang Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 Yeah chill out. He contacted you remember, so you're not to blame here. Just ignore everything in future or change your number. Trust me it gets better, give it a month or too and you'll be fully functioning again, but you need to do whatever it takes to block all contact.

Thanks guys, i've gained back control for the time being, it wouldn't have affected me so bad if i wasnt living off 3 hours of sleep today. I was doing so good too

Every day you don't talk now is an achievement but you have to keep it going with the intention of never speaking again, doing it for yourself. Good luck.

Take your phone to the store / carrier where you bought it. Hand it to the tech & make that person do it. I do that all the time when there is something about my phone I don't understand.
