We hit it off well, and he would tease me harmlessly (stand very close to me when talking, rob my back a little or lightly touch my hands). Then during one conversation he said "I'm going to change to something comfortable" then started taking his clothes off in front of me as if I was just one of his mates. He did leave his underwear on though :lmao: and I was very impressed by his six pac...but anyway.. Was that innocent? Was he just being playful? Or was that suggestive?

However, if you are interested in him, a little flirting or asking out by you would be ok if your friend isn't interested in him. This is 2015... It is perfectly acceptable for you to pursue him. By approaching them. To me it seems like it's fine for a man to try and get knocked back but not for a woman. If you like him ask him out. 1
