He was changing clothes in front of me, does it mean anything?

Yesterday at my friend's party, I met one of his friends. We hit it off well, and he would tease me harmlessly (stand very close to me when talking, rob my back a little or lightly touch my hands). Then during one conversation he said "I'm going to change to something comfortable" then started taking his clothes off in front of me as if I was just one of his mates. He did leave his underwear on though :lmao::lmao: and I was very impressed by his six pac...but anyway..

Was that innocent? Was he just being playful? Or was that suggestive?

Suggestive at the least but he could simply be an exhibitionist. Glad you enjoyed the view but don't read too much into it.

He's not drunk. But he had drinks

He had lowered inhibitions & was exercising impaired judgment as a result of the drinks. Again, based on that you can't reach any meaningful conclusions about his actions.

Inhibitions are lowered when drinking so probably not a come on to you. However, if you are interested in him, a little flirting or asking out by you would be ok if your friend isn't interested in him. This is 2015... It is perfectly acceptable for you to pursue him. Him rubbing your back and lightly touching your hand was more of a come on IMHO.

Best,

Oh I just don't want to make a move if he may reject me(if this doesn't necessarily mean anything.) and I don't want the words to spread among friends

The next time you see him when he has not been drinking, I think you can successfully ramp up your flirting without fear of rejection or humiliation.

No one wants to be rejected but how do you think men have to get women? By approaching them.

To me it seems like it's fine for a man to try and get knocked back but not for a woman.

If you like him ask him out.

He's being a dude that wants to get in your pants.....he was hoping you would give him a reason to take off his underwear.
