In general what's harder?

Neither are easy but fetishes are still more taboo.

Will that change with time?

With the recent supreme court ruling in favor of gay marriage today,

I'd like to think it's become easier for gays to express their way,

A weird fetish however, is still socially frowned upon,

So logic would have me reply that a fetish would be harder to don.

You have a point, I guess. But coming out doesn't involve anyone else does it? So maybe fetishes will be more accepted in a few years.

The Netherlands were the first in 2001 to legalyze gay marriage, no big deal here anymore.

The only thing you hear sometimes jokingly is: what a waste of two beautifull woman .

Fetish is for IN a relation, any you prefer, without anybody else be hurt or offended.

There is no objective answer to this. It depends on the individual.

Hmm. I don't think we can really get an accurate response to this question.

Coming out as being ordinary can be hard too.

I went through hell because of it.

I vote for fetish. Of course it depends which one, but some things you better never mention to anyone you know.

Mine I wouldn't even reveal to a husband or anyone I meet irl.

Oscar Wilde called homosexuality, "The love that dare not speak its name," but an American friend of mine told me that in California it's the love that won't shut up.

I'd say coming out with an LGBT fetish takes the cake.

Would you like me to bake you a designer cake for that?

Nope, I will not...So, sue me

I'd say the fetishism would harder but at the same time you would really only be telling it to people it's applicable to, it not like you need to be telling your parents, friends, colleagues and boss that you can't get it off unless your partner is wearing Lycra bycyle shorts (true story of a friend of a friend). So in that way the fetish would be slightly easier.

True, true. Coming out would require telling more people and even then a bisexual person may never date the same sex.

But what if the person has multiple fetishes?

Bashing furries and a few other fetish groups are the latest trend on social media. Unless it's a foot fetish you're vulnerable for pretty much any prejudice there is. Of course, fetishes like necrophilia are more severe so they could even be harassed irl. Not waking the sleeping hounds is the best choice IMO. That's why people who are for example into vore keep to themselves in forums, closed art groups etc.

Are foot fetishes the most accepted fetish?
