I feel like she feels guilty about it and even if we were to move on and work things out she is afraid she would always feel guilty about it so she doesn't want to work things out. I also feel like that even though I've told her many times I would be OK with it and we could move past it shes afraid if she admits to it I'll always use it against her. If she wanted to, would be very simple for her to end the misery of your uncertainty. Giving you access to her phone, email and social media would answer all your questions very quickly. So would simply telling the truth. The key phrase being "If she wanted to"... Mr. Lucky
