And I have no motivation to do anything but sleep. Help
Marshbear Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 You have clinical depression. I would seriously think about finding professional help.
Jess xx Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 Honestly you should seek help. I hate to say but i have just started on some antidepressants - believe me I did not want to have to go there as for some stupid reason I used to be really against them..but if you hit rock bottom you have to try anything that could give you a kick start..I know they won't eradicate the hurt but they hopefully will alter my current outlook on life. As for the losing weight, Im sure most people would agree that appetite goes...however as I am experiencing only too well, eating is essential to keep your mental strength up.
UCFKevin Posted April 30, 2005 Posted April 30, 2005 OUCH, she's dating your best friend??? I don't know about you people but I would never dare do anything like that to my best friends. Hell no. Nothing's worth that. This is merely a gigantic bump in the road of life. You may throw out your struts going over it and you may need to work on them but you'll get moving again. Have no fear.
